The Project aims to develop Digital Onboarding Methodology for setting new hires for success and decrease time for them to become proficient in their new roles. The methodology is based on digital technologies for remote and distant onboarding.
The outcomes include documented Digital Onboarding Methodology, digital onboarding scenarios and training environment. The project addresses transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity and contributes to innovation in vocational education and training.
The Project conducted a research and identified of a set of open source tools suitable for digital onboarding purposes like e-Learning, VR, Automatic translation, multilingual Text-to-Voice Synthesizers.
